Production

Commencing production in 1993, our new mill reached its current 200tons/day capacity following the revisions performed in 1999, 2001 and 2005. The production is carried out in a closed-circuit system, through grinding in airtronic rollers. The required laboratory tests are performed at each stage of production with our cutting edge cleaning machinery and computerized yield systems.

Available in 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25 kg paper sacks and 10-25kg and 50kg. With Parenteral Paper Packaging (PPP), placed on pallets and wrapped with stretch film, our products are delivered to the address of our customers by our new model vehicle fleet.

In addition to flour varieties intended for bread, bagel, tortilla, and biscuit baking, and multi-purpose and industrial flours manufactured under our brands, a variety of companies performing sales both nationally and regionally have consigned their brands to us and we carry out private label production on behalf of them. We place great importance on maintaining our quality throughout every stage from production, to consumers’ tables.
